Packaging company is interested in hiring an experienced flexo electrical-mechanical tech.
General Duties
Support the maintenance and repair of packaging and corrugated equipment.
Requirements (Absolutely must have)
5 plus years of electro-mechanical experience in manufacturing
Strong mechanical knowledge of machining, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding
Proficiency in reading both electrical schematics and ladder logic/control diagrams is essential, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
Strong electro-mechanical ability including industrialcontrols experience specifically in the areas of
- AC and DC motors, drives and starters
- Speed feedback - encoders and tachometers Transducers (Sensors) - for tension, pressure, temperature, and level
- Programmable Controllers (PLC's). Must be able to troubleshoot versus programming
- Control signals - familiarity with common signal types and use in industrial controls
Perform PM's and machine rebuilds
Dependable team player with a positive approach NM50Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
