Looking for an ambitious sales producer, self starter, very focused, great compensation opportunity!!
Team player, must have confident phone skills and personal skills. Proving ground for your own insurance Agency, Excellent training and mentorship, focus on personal line policies: home, auto and Life Insurance. Compensation is every two weeks, you will receive 100% of the new commission, we will be there to train you every day. You will be a pure producer, selling insurance to prospects every day, teamed up with a customer care rep to help with paperwork and customer service.You will be required to have your Pennsylvania Property, Casualty and Life insurance license. We are looking to double the size of our company and looking for team players.
Daily Duties:
Attend meetings
Call leads
Be active in the community
Meet with clients in the office or at their residence and advise on insurance needs
This is a commission only opportunity with a stipend provided at beginning of employment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
