Maintenance Team Leader, Weekends

Maintenance Team Leader, Weekends This person will provide leadership and support for the entire Plant on weekends.
The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for all weekend production, security and safety issues as well as building and equipment maintenance.
Maintenance of Environmental, Health and Safety.
Oversee and coordinate the TPM/PM.
Restart unmanned equipment - Injection Molders, Boiler, RTO's and Chillers etc.
in the event of power fluctuations and other nuisances.
Oversee plant supervisory alarms for critical items such as high temperature conditions for curing, computer, and phone rooms that could jeopardize an entire job and/or damage temperature sensitive equipment.
Maintain and repair equipment throughout the entire plant.
Understand basic safety concepts, general safety rules, etc.
Maintenance Technician skills working with a variety of plant equipment.
Good hands-on mechanical skills and aptitude.
Good electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC's equipment.
Good written and communication skills.
Basic experience on computers and experience using computerized maintenance management software.
Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
A technical Associates degree, trade school degree and/or certifications are a plus.
Keys - Maintenance Team Leader, schedule the first weekend - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12 hours each day.
Second weekend - Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12 hours each day plus 8 hours on Monday.
A total of 84 hours per pay period plus 4 hours of paid overtime.
