Cobham is seeking an Engineering Program Manager (Integration Management Organization) who will develop the SOF-E deployment plan for the integrated organization, including engineering satellite; support the deployment of local SOF-E teams; implement SOF-E within new locations, including engineering satellite sites as needed; plan and implement Engineering Satellite strategies; support development of NPI roadmap and / or process and implement. The IMO team is based out of Lansdale, PA. This role will be based out of Lansdale, but will require significant travel, minimum 75%.

Responsibilities:
Deliver key measures, milestones and all financial targets associated with the role, on time and to target
Support Cobham Central Improvement team in the development of updated process(es) and collateral tools templates to be deployed as part of the SOF
Update and Deploy the Engineering Standard Operating Framework (SOF), with a focus on an agreed domain area and / or needs of specific sites
Deliver process-specific training
Ensure appropriate problem solving tools are applied to resolve issues
Support the program team in tracking and reacting to KPI performance and tracking process utilization and deployment
Support the deployment of Engineering Satellites and Geographically diverse development teams
Deploy New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) process in a geographically separated Development and production environment
Perform other duties as assigned by VP Engineering and Tech - IMO
Support collection of company best practices and support updating SOF-F material with Central CI support
Site engagement and communication
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's degree; preferably within engineering
Minimum 10 years' engineering experience; including experience in the aerospace and defense industry and understanding of aerospace and defense systems development
Experience with Program Management practice and processes or Project Management
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong problem solving skills
Must be able to travel up to 75%, primarily domestic with periodic international travel
