Cobham is seeking a Business Integration Manager (Integration Management Organization) who will report to the VP of Operations. The Business Integration Manager will ensure the successful integration of an upcoming acquisition as defined by achieving financial, strategic, operational, and organizational objectives specifically related to consolidation along with Standard Operating Framework (SOF) deployment. The IMO team will be based out of Lansdale, PA. This role will be based out of Lansdale, but will require significant travel.

Responsibilities:
Deliver key measures & milestones & all financial targets associated with the role, on time & to target.
Support the Post Merger Integration planning program for an upcoming acquisition.
Team structure and resources; Calendars, processes, deliverables
Principles, objectives, and financial targets
Governance model - reporting processes, KPI target setting and reporting, change management process
Manage the interaction with management and staff related to integration and SOF deployment and ensure successful on boarding to Cobham.
Lead the design, plan, and execution of a consolidated site footprint .
Jointly with Cobham functional leadership, oversee the integration of back office functions into Cobham (HR, Finance, IT, Legal).
Support a seamless transition of ownership to Cobham at deal close.
Support implementation of a cultural integration plan.
Ensure buy in by Cobham functional leads to integration plans.
Support communications programs for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of a talent retention and selection program for employees of both companies impacted by the merger.
Provide executive leadership, development opportunities, and managerial oversight to Operations organization.
Provide role modeling to organization in line with Cobham core values and behaviors.
Requirements:
Experience successfully leading large integration and transformation efforts across multiple geographic locations from planning through completion with track record in managing budgets to plan and achieving cost synergies.
Exceptional team leadership skills with the ability to lead cross function teams in a complex and high tech environment; the ability to effectively hire, coach, motivate and empower team members, including management level.
Experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations.
Exceptional ability to influence and communicate, and to convince others to change their behaviors or processes.
Must be able to travel up to 50%, primarily domestic with periodic international travel.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship.
Preferred:
Experience with Cobham's Business Transfer Process.
