This Project Manager position is a non-exempt, hourly position that reports to the business owner and works directly with Senior Management.
Most job responsibilities are performed during regular business hours, 8:
30 am to 5:
00 pm, Monday through Friday with occasional work outside of business hours, as needed.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure compliance of internal business processes to meet SOC II audit requirements; Tier 1 support for 25
staff members prior to escalating issues to the Managed Service Provider (MSP); Coordinate the resolution of higher-level environmental system issues submitted to the support desk with our managed service provider (MSP); Track completion of support desk tickets with MSP; Review alerts, reports on system health and user issues; and Administrative management of all SOC audit documentation.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum 2-year associate degree or 4-year college degree is preferred.
PMP certification desired but not required.
