We are seeking a friendly, people-oriented team member that has exceptional customer service skills and enjoys building relationships with staff members and guests.
We are looking for two shifts:
Tuesday through Friday evening or Saturday and Sunday during the day.
We're flexile with the right candidates.
Knowledge of the Meevo2 or Millennium Salon Operations system is a plus.
Must have open availability to work evenings and weekend shifts.
Some responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and performing appropriate check-in and check-out duties for clients of the salon and spa.
Answering guest inquiries via phone and/or in person.
Properly handling monies, receipts, and guest credits Maintaining guest and staff schedules Maintaining retail products and spa/salon guest waiting areas.
Though this is a part-time position, the front desk assistant is the heart of the business and is an extremely valuable team member; salary is negotiable with experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
