Facilitating business between all segments of the industry and providing tangible value for MACS members.

Modern office setting Casual work attire Excellent work/life balance As our Membership and Events Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our Membership and Events Manager with various marketing tasks and projects to support our overall association efforts.
Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who is comfortable interacting with customers, by email and on the phone, and has excellent organizational skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in membership development, event planning and contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with membership activities such as monthly dues mailing, email campaigns and membership outreach.
Assist Event Manager with planning and scheduling of regional and local training, and with the planning of our annual Training Event.
Create post-event summaries for training and clinics.
Assist with the management of the constant contact email platform.
Perform data cleanup as needed.
Assist with design for marketing materials Requirements:
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Constant Contact, database programs and all social media platforms.
