As a member of the Residential Living Team, the Resident Services Coordinator has primary responsibility to utilize a thorough knowledge of community development activities and Living Branches policies to organize holistic resident services efforts to meet the needs of the residents of Dock Village.
Resident Services Coordinator position highlights:
Develop relationships with residents and solicit their ideas to assist in the development and refinement of the resident services efforts.
Collaborate with others to stay informed about residents' needs or problems Confer with and advocate for residents on problems or questions regarding community policies and connecting them to available resources.
Utilize outside resources such as chaplain, volunteers and appropriate agencies including local churches to assist residents when necessary.
Prepare and maintain appropriate and adequate documentation on services provided to residents.
Interface with community organizations and resources on an ongoing basis.

Associates Degree in Social Services or equivalent experience preferred HUD Housing experience preferred Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills Proficient in basic computer programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Come Live and Grow - Together!
